CITY OF WESTOVER MUNICIPAL ELECTION The City of Westover's Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, July 28th, 2020. The Polling Place for all Westover residents will be at City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 500 Dupont Road, Westover, WV 26501. Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. Sample Ballots are published for your information. Early Voting will be held from Wednesday, July 15th through Saturday, July 25th at City Hall from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each Saturday.
