WEST VIRGINIA 1907 CANDIDATE FILING STAR CITY MUNICIPAL ELECTION Persons intending to declare their candidacy for the office of Mayor, Recorder or one of five Council positions in the upcoming Municipal Election to be held on June 13, 2023, may obtain the necessary filing documents at the Town of Star City Business Office located at 370 Broadway Avenue, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Filing begins January 9, 2023 and will run until midnight on January 28, 2023. If mailing, application and payment must be postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service no later than January 28, 2023.
