Toni Hill opened Toní Exquisite Hair in October of 2004. However, Toni and her fine staff of professional stylists are not new to the area. For twenty years, Toni was co-owner of one of the areas most successful salons. Many of her former stylists have joined Toni at Exquisite Hair. Toní Exquisite Hair is conveniently located in the Suncrest Professional Building off Route 705 near Ruby Memorial Hospital, Mon General Hospital, and Mountaineer Field at 918 Chestnut Ridge Road Suite 2, Morgantown, WV.
