NOTICE TO LIENHOLDERS Any person claiming a lien against taxable Real Property, or who holds an interest in taxable Real Property through a fiduciary relationship or owns mineral interest in taxable Real Property, but not the surface, in MONONGALIA COUNTY, West Virginia, MUST file the statement entitled "Statement of Lienholders" required by West Virginia Code 11A-3-3. If such statement is not filed, such person will be deemed to have waived any right to notice provided by West Virginia Code 11A-3-2. The required statement "Statement of Lienholders" must be filed when (1) a lien is created; (2) when said lien is released or dissolved; or (3) there is a change in the mailing address of the person to be notified.
