The project includes clearing, 200,000-cy of excavation, utilities, and infrastructure, along with an 11,000-sf building and separate garage. The bid documents, communications, and bid submission will be handled through Building Connected. All interested bidders, for any trade package, will be required to submit pre-qualification information that verifies successful completion of similar projects, along with other documents to be invited to bid.
