PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT DRAFT As required by Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act and 24 CFR Part 91.115(d) the State of West Virginia is providing opportunity to comment on the Fiscal Year 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and State Performance and Evaluation Report (State PER) The reports are specific to the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), in non-entitlement areas, from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
