PLAN NOTICE OF AMEMDMENT - 2022 CITIZEN PARTICIPATION The West Virginia Economic Development Department (WVDED) and the West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF) has amended the 2022 Citizen Participation Plan (CPP).
